I cannot enter my google account on my moto e 2nd gen 4G LTE

hi, I would like to know how can I remove the owner's account from my phone, I am using a moto e 2nd gen 4g lte model running on marshmallow, I bought it from the previous owner who no longer remembers his account he used.I already reset the phone but it keeps on asking for the original owner's google account. I was only able to use the phone as a secondary user and I have a limited access on the phone like I cannot access the playstore, and everytime I enter my email address on the google account, my phone would restart. please help.

This is the "killswitch" that was asked for, to help prevent theft of devices. Without the details of an account that was synced to the device prior to the reset it will be nearly impossible to use the device. It's called Factory Reset Protection.
