USB media transfer issue

I hav moto g3 phone.i can't transfer media from my phone to computer using usb in both my mode and the other mode.but,it. Is charging

Welcome to Android Central! When you connect via USB, swipe down the notification panel. Do you see a USB notification there? Tap it and make sure MTP is selected.
