Where do i find usb debugging

Im cant download my pictures on my messages.. So i wanted to find out where the usb dugging.setting is

Have no idea how USB debugging is related to your problem. USB debugging is hidden in many Android device. You have to enable Developer options first: go to Settings> About phone (or device), tap Build number (on some phone like HTC, it is within Software info) for 7-10 times until it says Developer options is turned on. Then back to Settings> Developer options, enable USB debugging.
