AC Question
Hi folks.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 with Verizon as the carrier.
The phone recently started crashing frequently. First, the camera stopped working. Then the touch screen started to go -- it usually works for a while when I turn on the phone, and then it stops working and becomes totally unresponsive to touch. I did a factory reset several times.
I tried to do software repair through my PC, but the computer couldn't recognize the device, even when I turned it to "file sharing" mode.
My warranty has expired.
I believe the problems started after I upgraded to Marshmallow (6.0.1) in December.
Should I downgrade to 5.0?
Much obliged for any advice.
Melissa
