I turned on my phone one day and the sim car popped up with a question mark in it. what do I do to get it off. And can I still acviate it

Hi, I'm not too sure on this one, but isn't Straight talk part of Sprint? so I'm guessing your phone is sim locked and isn't compatible with the sim card. Either way, speak to your service provider and see what they can offer you.
