now that I've rooted my metro pcs huwaei EULA. please help

A friend sold me his phone..this phone and I thought the model sounded good for a root experiment. So far the device still works tnormally. How do I unlock it so that any simcard can be a incerted and any network can run the phone. I have att and truconnect? Any ideas on unlocking the huawei eula? What about roms? I'd like to give tbe device a more uptodate look

Rooting does not SIM-unlock a phone, nor, so far as I know, enable you to do so.
