Samsung Gear S3 Calling Issues

[AC Question]

I tried to use my gear s3 a couple of times to receive and send out calls through the watch. Every time the dial tone and person on the other end sound like they are in water and the noise is high pitched. The phone that is connected to the watch is within arms reach so I cant imagine its a connection issue. I also dont think its the speaker as i am able to play music through the watch with no issues with the noise. Has anyone else experienced tbis type of thing? And what is the best way to solve it?

That's a weird problem, I'll ask other members because I don't have that watch. I have the Gear S2 and never had any problems with it, well, only one time that I was in the pool for a few minutes with the Gear S2 still on my arm.
But it sounded normal after the speaker dried out.
