My phone samsung a500f is running smoothly in lollipop 5.1 while after a software update message appear in my phone and I have installed and restart it after restarting my phone stuck on samsung black screen logo and it is not running after it I again update from smart switch but it doesn't I read many forums where I found go in recovery mode and wipe data/factory reset and clear cache data but a message appear in wipe data " E:failed to mount /efs (Invalid argument) " I google this error but didn't resolve it I found my phone is upgrade to 6.0 so thats why it is making issue. please advice because I found if efs remove it has your phone imei number and other important data is remove. please help me why they make update version if they are not compatible with that phone.
