hi i saw in app stors some guys put some of pc or play staion games for android

i know there is some way to playing them in android with some aplications

like game keybord for android and consol player or some thing like this

i gusse the guys do some thing like this for making ready the game for playing on android

but my qustion is - the app stors just accept apk format ! then how the guys change what they did to apk ?

how we can do it ?

See Android-x86. You just install Android on a PC.

If you have to ask that, it means you can't do it yourself. They rebuild the game from scratch. They don't just port it over easily. Basically they open the game code and rewrite the parts that Android doesn't understand into something that Android will. It's not easy to do. You need to know how to build games first in the first place.
