How can I reset S7 battery statistics upon reboot?

Today my Weather Underground app drained a lot of battery (2+ hours of CPU time according to the battery use details in Settings) , so I rebooted the phone to see if that would fix it. But now after rebooting, the battery statistics still show 2+ hours of CPU time. How do I get that to reset to zero so I can see what's happened only since the reboot?

The battery stats reset after every full charge.
