I have an error popup and nothing works. :(

The error: Process com.android.systemui has stopped.
Every time i hold the home button this pops up. I have watched tutorial and read articles but nothing works. Here's what i have already tried: Start in safe mode; Clear cache; Wipe cache partion. I also have tried taking out the sd and sim but nothing works. And my phone is not rooted.
Can you help?

Does it popup in safe mode? If it doesn't, the problem might be caused by software. If it does, it might be a system problem, and you can try factory reset your phone after backup. Or you can tell people here your phone model so that they can give better advice.
