Can't print HTC 1 to Epson XP 430 printer?

Just set it all up. My IPad mini took right off communicating and printed just fine. No setup on the tablet at all. The HTC phone I went to settings and setup this printer but I also clicked on cloud print. Is that my problem? I can't seem to be able to delete either print method and start over??? Thanks. George
