Deleted my OS! I need help

My blu studio 5.0 lollipop looks new after i accidentally deleted and erased everything on the phone. How do i install a new OS? Please i need help

Lollipop IS the OS. Did you delete all your apps? If you factory reset your phone, it will be like brand new, like the day you bought it, so you will have to set it up again like when you took it out of the box. You will need to log into your accounts, get all your apps from play store etc...
