Enable notifications on standby screen? Problem after NoLed uninstall?

I have a weird problem. Notifications on locked screen disappeared on my phone (A5 2016 with Marshmallow). I used the app NoLed for a couple of days(since I bought the phone). Pretty sure it screwed up something. If I enable sound, I have just sound, but no visible notifications.
When I unlock the phone, I have the notifications there. Just missing are the notifications when screen is locked.
On Settings > Notifications I have all app enabled.
EDIT: For locked screen, I mean the black standby empty screen before you push home button to insert sign/pin/fingerprints

And u didn't enable hide lock screen notifications option?

I also made factory reset. Still no notifications. Where is this setting?

Try this go to settings
Sound and notifications
Applications
Then choose set as priority.
