AC Question
I own a Blackview A5, a fairly cheap China smartphone - with Android 6.0.
It used to work fine until tonight. It had a kind of glitch where it wouldn't show the right time in the top menu bar, so I decided to reboot.
The phone however got stuck in a boot loop. I charged the phone and tried again - no luck. So I decided to go to recovery mode and wipe the device if necessary.
On the Blackview A5, you can go to the boot menu with Volume Up + Power.
The phone shows the following text on screen:
-------------------
Select Boot Mode:
[VOLUME_UP to select. VOLUME_DOWN is OK.]
[Recovery Mode]
[Fastboot Mode]
[Normal Boot] <<==
-------------------
If I select Normal Boot, it gets stuck in the Bootloop. If I select Fastboot, nothing happens.
If I select Recovery Mode, the Blackview Logo will show up in the background for a moment, then the phone will show the "No command."-screen with the lying Android, belly open, red Exclamation sign. It seems I can only turn off the phone from there.
I do not know what to do. Does anyone have suggestions?
