why my agua rio i turn on but never open really it stopped in myphone logo never continue?

i already fix my phone in a technician but for 3 times it still the same i can use my phone for only 1 month then same again turn on and never continue to open only in myphone logo.

Welcome to Android Central! What did the technician do? See if you can boot into Safe Mode. On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. Press and hold the Power Off selection until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK.

If you're still unable to boot up, then either the hardware has failed, or the firmware is corrupt.
