what do I do if my lg g4 phone crashes and screen wont turn on

I was just using it and the screen went black and wont turn on

If you are sure that your phone didn't crash because of a low battery... You might want to :

1) insert the phone cord for a few hours and see if there are any signs of life.

2) try a different battery

3) have the power button tested by a cell repair shop.

4) if all the above are negative I'm afraid the phone motherboard is dead.

5) replace the phone.
