AC Question

Screen overlay detected, to change this permission setting, you have to turn off the screen overlay from Settings>Apps for a Samsung Galaxy S5 cell phone. What does this mean and how do you fix the problem?

You want to go to settings, apps, then click the 3 dots in the right top corner, then go to draw over apps and find the app that needs to be shut off. Usually it's FB Messenger if it's installed. If not then I have no idea. As far as I know it's used for a screen filter. Like reading mode, etc.
