why cant i get attachments on my zte citrine lte in text

when i click on text with attachments it goes away

Depending on the type of attachment IE (.PDF etc) your device may not be set up to handle or read the attached file. Make sure your device has the necessary reader app associated with the attached file you wish to read.

As a side note, make sure to check you download folder for the attachment. Upon taping the attachment, it could save to a location as set by the device or by you depending on how knowledgeable you are about setting this option.
