Hello, my phone and its battery were bought since 2013, few months ago I started snapchat end up the front camera show weird green lines and drain battery super fast, I deleted the app and my phone got a hard reset after all, during these months the phone off abnormal (it is like how you remove the battery from behind, without using the OFF button) and sometimes it restarts, sometimes I have to do it myself and the battery shows immediately I have 0% which I have to use a charger to put its life back, so after I put with cable, the screen first shows 0%, but after like 10 seconds, it shows I have e.g. 50 % (the percentage I have before), I really wonder if the battery is dying or hardware problem.
ps. it works normal if I keep charging it
