    Just this past week my signal has dropped. I can get it in different areas but is still not as strong as it should be. Got new sims card didn't help just had it upgraded to marshmellow after this happened. No one at T mobile knows, have had it for 2 years an has been fine till now.

    Try a TMobile Company store, not some affiliate store. At least they can tell you if your phone went bad, or if it's due to some other cause.
