Factory reset a Nexus 5X that won't boot AND broken volume up button AND USB debugging not enabled

Hi,

Got stuck trying to fix my Nexus 5X that will not boot past the Google splash screen. I can get into the fastboot menu but can't factory reset my device as the volume up key is broken. I also do not have USB debugging enabled so the device is not showing up when I plug it into my PC.

I do not know of any other ways of resetting the device.

Any help would be very helpful!
