A "Press to speak" screen is blocking me the access to my phone

Hi! While downloading an app, Duolingo, on my Moto X yesterday, a screen with a micro popped up as if I had a voice password. Which is not the case; I have a written password and have never used vocal password. Since then, I cannot have access to my phone. I turned it off, I used safe mode, but still I bumped into this spoken-password screen that does not allow me to speak by the way. I will appreciate your help a lot to get rid of that. Thanks in advance.
