can I recover data from a note 5 with a dying screen

yesterday night I put my note 5 in my pocket and then took it out a minute later and the screen was unresponsive and would flicker with green and white pixels. I want to be able to get some pictures and videos that where not backed up, a long with accessing all the files on my phone. Any solutions would be greatly appreciated!
