my meizu m1 note have a problem fastboot mode at the screen

i dont know how to resolve this cause because i already to do it any solution for meizu using a adb and other but this phone still have a "fastboot mode"...and when im using command prompt....and typing for "fastboot erase recovery"...only existing the word"permission denied"...so until now,im still confiusing and i need your help..
