I have a samsung j7 mobile .. i just want to know what is nearby devices and what it is use for .. and how to make my phone unvisible to nearby device

It's a low energy Bluetooth connection. You can pair things like earbuds, car kits and such with your device using it. Unless it's turned on, it's not visible to any one.

Its turned off but still visible .. what can i do?

Hi Hannan, what exactly is visible? Can you please give us a bit more to go on...
When you turn on Bluetooth, it searches for other devices fir a short time, then becomes invisible. If it finds a device it's been paired with, it will connect to that and become invisible to all others.
Generally is good to turn off all radios (WiFi, Bluetooth, gps) unless you are using them to save your battery and avoid drive by malware issues.
