No service show on Lenovo A6000 Plus

I had problem with my charging port after resolved the charging problem.
i have got No service issues on my Lenovo A6000 plus. i am frustrated also I have rebooted many times but I am still facing this issue. I don't understand why this problem is coming again and again

Welcome to Android Central! Did this problem start after fixing the charging port? If so, bring the phone back to the repair shop and ask if their repair might have affected the SIM reader or the cell radio.
