    Hi Jerry.

Recently Google released an update to Chrome on iOS that included an handy QR code scanner.

On a few sites the immediate reaction on the comments section was, basically, "once again Google is bringing a new feature to iOS first" and cited other examples, like Gboard, where this happened.

Some even said this was because "iOS is where the money is".

I don't really agree with this sentiment but I would like your opinion. Is this a thing Google does regularly? Do you think it's a monetary issue? Is it an issue at all? Maybe a simple a case of the Android and iOS teams being "out of sync" with each other, introducing different features at different times?

Maybe an attempt to prove the anti-trust people wrong?
