Opening Outlook attachments

[AC Question]

I can open pdf, doc files fine in gmail account on Droid turbo but not in Outlook account. When I click on the attachment icon or View Message I just see a ring as if trying to open but it never does. Consequently I can't transfer the Outlook to my gmail account. Also Outlook emails with attachments on my phone are not showing up on my PC Outlook. HELP
