Wifi faulty, need help

Hi, i recently bought a galaxy tab s 8.4 secondhand and unfortunately for me the wifi will not hold a connection i have tried all kinds of firmware updates and hard reset but still no go, so its obviously a hardware issue. I tried to have it fixed but they said they tried but didnt want to go any further as they may ruin the motherboard. I was wondering if anybody had any fix or ways around this, like maybe is there anyway to plug in an external wifi antenna/receiver just so i can actually use the internet on it? Thanks

Nothing external that I'm aware of, but you can buy hardware for your device. Try Witrigs website.
