Need fitness tracker with seconds display

I've had a Fitbit Surge for over a year. The biggest thing I don't like about it is it cannot display the current time down to the second. In my work I need to be able to see the time in seconds with just a glance, not having to press anything. In considerable searching I haven't been able to confirm any tracker does this. Android device compatibility is also essential of course. Any suggestions?

As has happened before in a forum, I wind up answering my own question. Garmin vivoactive HR will display time with seconds indefinitely. It has to be switched from the default face to "traditional digital".
