unlocking my phone

[AC Question]

hi.McAfee has locked my phone .I have a galaxy s5 neo andriod phone on H3G network ,i have been to the store today but they cannot help ! i cannot remember the pin num for the email as i do not it and i am unable to reset the password from my pc as the v/code they send doesn't work from the alternative email i have provided, my phone is only 9 mths old ,can i unlock this myself and how as they are asking for £90-00 via McAFEE !!!!

Are you saying​ that you received a verification code sent to your alternative email address, or not? If you did, are you saying that you are unable to send that code from that address?

What does this mean? Are you saying that you don't remember the email address you used to register with McAfee?
