[AC Question]

I just bought a used Samsung Galaxy Note 8 (it was factory reset). I turned it on & went through the initial set-up process w/no issues. And then the nightmare began.......the screen started gyrating violently & opening apps, making selections, changing the language etc.....only thing I could do was power off. I contacted the previous owner & she said that she had a "screen flicker" problem when the battery got low & did some updates & it was fixed, but this is a completely different issue. Could it be the digitizer is bad?
