I bought a iPhone 7 for 455. I got the tracking number on the 12 and it is going to be 3 days. They have great rating but its just that he never replies to my questions. Should I be scared?

Some sellers are like that.
If you have the tracking number there's most likely little need to worry unless you don't get the device.
Get familiar with PayPal buyer rights and policies just in case.

That is if you paid via PayPal.
