I hate it. I can't seem to get it to swipe properly. I miss nearly every call. I dont want to be taught "hot" to do t, I just want to press the green button and answer the call. My sweetheart has the same problem. 'Swiping' works maybe 5% of the time. There's agot to be a better way. Surely LG didn't create a way to answer a phone that is infinitely harder than my old flip phone.

Welcome to Android Central! One of the main reasons to require you to swipe the button rather than tap it is that it helps prevent accidental answering or rejection, especially when the phone is in your pocket or in a purse or bag.

Check your Settings>Accessibility menu to see if there's an option to let you answer the phone with a hardware button. You could also open the Phone app, tap Menu>Settings>Accessibility, and look there. But this kind of option is usually to end a call, not answer one.
