Wifi connection issues

[AC Question]

I have two Android phones, a Dell laptop and I connect Roku, all through the apartment complex wifi. Recently, without any changes to these devices or to the wifi, I lost connection to all devices. I can connect to any other wifi, work, Starbucks etc, with no issue. Other users can connect to the apartment WiFi. I'm all out of ideas????

nahoku is simply trying to help. I didn't think his suggestion was out of line, because if you're using an apartment-wide wi-fi, there may not be any obvious way for you to know that the network admin changed the password (unless they sent out a message to every tenant).

If you can contact the apartment's network manager, ask them if they can reboot the router by unplugging it for 10 seconds, then plugging it back ing.
