Galaxy s3 i9300 in boot loop with broken volume keys and use debugging off

after flashing a custom recovery my phone got stuck on boot loop I cant access recovery mode cause MY VOLUME BUTTONS ARE BROKEN and USE DEBUGGING IS OFF so cant install device drivers is there anyway to fix it

Welcome to the forums.

You can try a JTAG device that will force flash a stock ROM on your phone. I have no experience with these, aside from knowing they exist. There is no guarantee this will work though.

Aside from that, I don't think anything can be done. With USB debugging off, I don't think ADB commands will work, and fastboot commands don't work in Samsungs as I recall.
