I have a Galaxy S7. When I open 'Settings' to adjust the volume for ringtones, notifications, and media, I find it very difficult to move the sliders up and down. I press my finger firmly on the dot and move my finger but the slider will not move unless I continually try. I also tried touching spots above or below the dot, but that does not always work. Can someone please let me know what I'm doing wrong.

[x] YOU aren't doing anything wrong is by design. The previous
Samsung models, were easier to adjust the volume..I don't
get the "Move up & down" the Sliders are in horizontal

Position and is better to keep them in default volume
    Ringtone-Notifications-System and Media : The
only-1 that I adjust is the Ringtone volume

As Sam_Gs7 has stated, you're not doing anything wrong, but could it be you have a thick screen protector on your phone? Sometimes a screen protector will diminish the effects of touch. You could also try tapping on the adjustment line and the volume setting will move to where you tap.
