Why is my samsung galaxy note 4 not working?

So today I dropped my phone. Later that day I couldn't turn it on. I figured it was the battery since I got a message previously that said it was at 5%. Now, it is charging and when I try to turn it on the LED's on the hub light up and there is a brief flash on the top of it with what appears to be dark red blood splatters (yes I'm aware that it isn't blood) and cracks internally. I decided to take a flashlight up to the screen to check it out... And sure enough at least (what I'm nearly certain to be) 3 large cracks. I still don't know what these blood like stains are though and they only appear when the phone flashes on. (Couldn't see them with the flashlight only cracks) any help on fixing it?

P.s. If it is broken, please help me find the most affordable way to fix it if you can!
