It's in great physical condition (9.5/10) but has a boot loop problem after a Verizon OTA update that cannot be fixed by any of the standard remedies like re-flashing the ROM with Odin without any errors, clearing the cache, or factory resets, etc. I'm aware of GizmoGrind in Canada to sell a bad phone for parts, etc. Is there anything like that in the US?

Beyond a certain point, and I'm way beyond it, it's simply not worth the time to mess with this handset any more, especially since Samsung offers no support for these models if they're out of warranty.

"Best" might be open to interpretation.

Selling it for parts would probably be the most cost effective.

Using it as a clay pigeon for your shotgun during the next trip to the shooting range might be more fun.

You could sell it on ebay for parts. Just be sure you list the condition correctly, or the buyer will have recourse to return for refund.

Beyond that, is the phone hard-bricked? Was the phone rooted? Can you get to recovery and download mode? Have you tried reflashing the phone in Odin back to LP 5.1.1?
