It is a LGL34C. My phone is stuck in a boot loop and it won't stop showing the LG symbol, the tracphone symbol, and then repeating. I know the standard answer to this is that you can reset it by holding the Volume Down and Power buttons, but that will just continually show the LG symbol until I let go and then it will go back to the normal boot loop. I have also tried wiping it using the android thing that you can download. I want to know if there is a way to factory reset my phone without booting it up. This means It has to be off/charging. I can't power it up to any diagnostic screen, so that won't work.

Turn it off, power it on holding volume down and power, then when you see the LG logo, let go of the power button for 1 second (keep volume down pressed) and then press power down again. Within a second or so you should be on the next menu.
