Wifi And Bluetooth Want Turn Off

So I have an ZTE Obsidian and my wifi and Bluetooth will not work. On both of them when I turn it on it switches to off by their selves and want turn back on. Do anyone know a solution to this phone problem. I've also turned it off and restarted it and I've also took the battery out. The batter solution worked for a day then went back to the usual. So can anyone help thanks in advice.
