Mobile data subscription not changing

[AC Question]

Im using moto x play.i cant change my mobile data from sim1 to sim2. As im using sim1 as airtel and sim2 as bsnl. If i select change mobile data it is showing as "data subscription change in process" but it is not changing. What can i do give solution
