Hey guys,
I've googled the crap out of this but can't find out how to fix my issue.
I brought a Floor Model Samsung Tab A (SM-T550) from Kmart that is going out of business. Sadly, it's stuck in Retail Mode. CAlled the store, they don't know password to undo it, called corporate they won't help me. Tried returning it, all sales final....
My main issue is I can't get the tablet into USB Debugging Mode because all the developers options are greyed out. I have Odin and Kies ready to go, but without debugging mode enabled they are useless...
Any suggestions?
