our IT dept has been getting reports of e-mails not syncing with the e-mail app. The three phones with issues so far are Samsung Galaxy s7. Here are the details..
- The e-mail accounts are on a corporate exchange server
- All other apps with internet access work fine
- The same e-mail accounts will work over the Outlook app
- Seems to work fine over WiFi just experiencing issues over mobile networks (LTE)
- All phones have the latest updates
