I am unable to use my alarm clock app since the update any ideas on why this is????

I am unable to customize the clock or use the digital clock faces on the app.

What device? What Android version? Was it an OS update or an update to the app? What alarm clock app? In what way does it not let you customize?

Galaxy S7 Edge, and the update was to the new 7.0 Nougat, the app is My Alarm Clock Plus. Things were fine before the update. Any help would be greatly appreciated

As for the app, have you tried contacting the developer for help?
