My Galaxy S6 (Android 6.0.1) just started doing the same thing. I can be sitting there and turn BlueTooth on, then 2 seconds later it switches off. From quick-access menu, or Settings/BlueTooth, doesn't matter. It's super frustrating as I take a lot of conference calls in my car due to my work team being international, and lately it's been totally unreliable.
I've tried clearing the cache on apps, and uninstalling anything that I loaded around the time this issue started. Nothing helps. Can't stop feeling that this is an Android bug.
