I have created subfolders on other device but when I went to move some messages to the subfolder in the outllook app, I can't see them.

I think this is more of an issue with outlook and the way the folders are saved on your server. I have similar issues and cannot see the subfolders on my mobile device either. If someone has a workaround I'd be happy to hear it.

Welcome to Android Central. You did not specify which device you have, but you should be able to go into your mail settings, tap on your email account (default), scroll down, it should say something like "folders to sync", click on it, and check all the folders you want to sync.

If this does not work, you may have to go into Outlook from a Web browser and make sure the folders are shown there. I hope this helps you.

"Resetting account" worked for me. I am using Galaxy S7Edge and on a WIFI network. Thanks so much!
