Bluetooth synching with Fitbit

I have a Moto G4 and a Fitbit one. It says can't find tracker. If I restart phone it will work once. If I keep Bluetooth on constantly it will work. If I clear Bluetooth data and restart phone it will work for a while. I have put phone into recovery and wiped cache works for a little while. If I go into Bluetooth share and clear data and cache it will work for a little while. It worked perfectly when I first got the Fitbit from July until about 2 weeks ago. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, and have also reset my Fitbit. I have also opened phone in recovery mode and wiped the cache. My partner has same phone and Fitbit and is also experiencing the same issue. Any ideas for a permanent solution.

Factory reset the The phone. When you restore, don't restore the backed up data manually back up or reinstall your applications and other data. See if that fixes your problem with the connectivity issues with the fit bit.
