I wish to delete Gmail

I just get sent round in circles trying to connect to my account So i wish to delete this accountNOW YOU ARE SENDING ME ROUND AND AROUND !!!!! PLEASE DELETE MY GMAIL ACCOUNT THANKYOU

It's not that simple. You have to close the account yourself, the dichotomy being that you can't get into it in the first place.
I think there is a google help desk you can contact, somebody wiser than I will no doubt come in and tell us how to go about doing that...
I had a battle trying to get into mine recently after I factory reset this phone, so I know how frustrating it is!

And you have to have at least one gmail account on the phone. It won't work if you don't. You can delete particular account right from the phone if you have 2 or more gmail accounts on the phone, but remember - it's a Google environment - so it has to have at least one gmail account on it. You can not run an Android phone without a gmail account on it.
